Garlic Roast Seasoning Mix 25 g by Kotányi <p>Recipes<br />American BBQ hamburger<br />Ingredients for 4 burgers:<br />600 g minced beef min. 20% fat, 1 medium head onion, 2 EC Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 pack. Kotányi American BBQ hamburger spice mix, 4 slices of cheddar cheese, 4 sesame burger buns, 8 vinegar pepperoni, 1 small red onion, 4 slices of tomato, 8 slices of bacon, 4 EC barbecue sauces, 4 handfuls of green salad, oil for frying</p> <p>Preparation:<br />The minced meat is combined with the chopped onion, Worcestershire sauce and the Kotányi American BBQ hamburger spice mixture to form hamburger patties. Fry one side of the meatballs, then turn over, place a slice of cheese on it and continue to bake until the meat is over medium and the cheese is melting. Cut the buns in half and fry them slightly inside. Chop the vinegar pepperoni, circle the red onion and tomato, and fry the bacon until crisp. The buns are layered in the following order: 1 EC barbecue sauce, lettuce, pepperoni, meatballs with cheese, onion rings, tomato rings and bacon. Press the top of the bun lightly onto it at the end.</p>
