Plum Novum Palinka 45% Double Aged by Arpad

This essence was aged for three years on dried plums. 
The high-quality, 80% alcoholic, gold-medal 
pálinka was poured into a barrel full of dried fruit and aged for three years. 
Pálinka has lost its volume and alcohol content over the years. 
Over time, the product has become creamy and slightly sweet, 
its texture has thickened and it moves slowly in the glass.
